Too Many Choices

I've finally gone through and added a bunch of communities in fandoms I'm interested in. Fandom is so bloody huge that it's really hard to figure out where to go or what to do. I guess most people end up in fandom through friends, so they have a natural starting place, but I kind of stumbled into it by accident and I don't actually know anybody. That makes it a bit harder. So I'm following a bunch of different fandom comms and I guess I'll just see what inspires me to write and which comms seem friendliest. Thank the gods LJ/DW lets you filter your friends' list!
